According to FAA documents number AC 20-124 about Water Ingestion Testing for Turbine Powered Airplanes that issued in 1985. It stated that compliance with the requirements of the FAR regarding the ingestion of water from runway or taxiway into the airspeed system, engine as well as auxiliary power unit (APU) of turbine powered an aircraft.
